Terms & Pricing Warranty: Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer 7 Days Service Warranty is given by Sheba.xyz Liability: Sheba.xyz will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same. Payment: After service completion you have to pay through Sheba.xyz or Cash on Delivery. After payment please make sure you have received text containing money receipt.

Do I have to pay any charge if I don’t take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 200.
Do I have to pay advance money before availing your service?
Of course not! After service completion you will receive a text on your mobile from Sheba.xyz then you have to pay through Sheba.xyz or Cash on Delivery.
Do you give Materials/Parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture refrigerator parts by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
Can I buy Refrigerator materials/parts by myself and ask your technician to use them?
Certainly. You can buy necessary and required materials/parts by yourself. But any operational dysfunctionality won’t be held responsible by our Service Providers and Sheba.xyz itself.
Will the refrigerator service given at home or taken by Service Providers?
Usually the service is provided at home but if you want, the service can be done outside your home. But for that you needs to pay travel allowance to the appliance technician.
What if they damage or something went wrong to my refrigerator during/after servicing?
Our professional Service Providers have expert and skilled technicians. If anything goes wrong after availing this service through Sheba.xyz. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sheba.xyz, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made. However, your complaint for any pre-damaged problems will not be considered.
