Do I have to pay any charges if I don't receive any service?
If you do not avail of any service after the technician arrives at your doorstep, you will only be required to pay a visiting charge of BDT 200.
Do I have to pay an advance before availing of your service?
Of course not! After the service is completed, you will receive a text on your mobile from Sheba.xyz, and then you can pay through Sheba.xyz or Cash on Delivery.
Do you provide a warranty for materials/parts?
No, we do not manufacture refrigerator parts ourselves, so the warranty varies according to the manufacturer. However, we offer a 7-day free service warranty.
Can I purchase refrigerator parts myself and ask your technician to use them?
Certainly. You can purchase the necessary materials/parts yourself. However, our service providers and Sheba.xyz will not be held responsible for any operational issues.
Will the refrigerator service given at home or taken by Service Providers?
Whether the refrigerator will be taken to the service partner's premises depends on the nature and complexity of the problem, as well as the time required to fix it. This will be determined after the initial diagnosis.
What if my refrigerator is damaged or something goes wrong during or after servicing?
Our professional service providers have expert and skilled technicians. If anything goes wrong after availing this service through Sheba.xyz, a tri-party investigation will be conducted involving Sheba.xyz, the service provider, and the customer. After a transparent investigation, the issue will be identified and rectified. However, complaints regarding any pre-existing damage will not be considered.
