We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after left your premises.

What preparations should I make before you come to clean my fridge?
Very little really – When we arrive you will need to remove your food from your fridge. Our experts will not have any contact with your food – We appreciate the need to keep some foods separate and that most people would not want their food to be handled by a third party. Likewise, when the job is completed we will ask you to restock your fridge or freezer.
What is the process of cleaning?
Resource will start working with an empty fridge. First off, resource will disassemble all drawers and trays. After cleaning the drawers and trays resource will clean the inside of the fridge. Finally, we will reassemble all drawers and trays.
How often do i need to clean my fridge?
Ideally, it is recommended to clean your fridge in every 3-4 months. If not, harmful bacteria can multiply and smelly odours can take hold, which isn’t what anyone wants in the place where we keep many of our kitchen essentials, such as food and condiments.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don't take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 200
What will the expert use to clean the refrigerator ?
Resource will use any cleaning liquid or powder to complete the basic cleaning. Note: Cleaning Liquid or powder will be provided by the customer.
Is the refrigerator drainage clean included in this service ?
