Our Experts will be at your doorstep with all the required and necessary cosmetics and beauty products.
What products will be used in the service?
Our Experts will use all the necessary products as per your beauty service. All the products will be original and authentic.
How long will it take to finish?
It depends upon your selected Salon service. On average, it takes 40 minutes to complete a service.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel after placing your booking 24 hours prior to your service delivery and rescheduling depending upon beauticians availability. But if you cancel the service after the beautician is reached at your doorstep then you just have to pay BDT 200 as a visiting charge.
How to reschedule my time?
Once you are done placing your order you cannot reschedule your time through Sheba.xyz app or website. To reschedule you have to call your selected Service Experts and they will help you to reschedule your Service hour.
Do I need to give any special instruction before taking the service?
Yes. We will appreciate that. Not everybody’s skin and hair is the same. It will be better if you describe your skin and hair type before availing the service.
