Payment : After service completion you have to pay through Sheba.xyz app or Cash on Delivery. After payment please make sure you have received text containing money receipt. Liability: Even though service provider is background checked and verified by Sheba for (safety and security), the respective customers will be liable for their personal safety as well as the safety of the service provider. How long will it take to finish?
It depends upon your selected Salon service. On average, it takes 40 minutes to complete a service.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel after placing your booking 24 hours prior to your service delivery and rescheduling depending upon beauticians availability. But if you cancel the service after the beautician is reached at your doorstep then you just have to pay BDT 200 as a visiting charge.
How to reschedule my time?
Once you are done placing your order you cannot reschedule your time through Sheba.xyz app or website. To reschedule you have to call your selected Service Experts and they will help you to reschedule your Service hour or you can call 16516.
Do I need to give any special instruction before taking the service?
Yes. We will appreciate that. Not everybody’s skin and hair is the same. It will be better if you describe your skin and hair type before availing the service.
