When is diagnosis charge applicable ?
If you not interested to take the service after proper diagnosis, then only diagnosis charge is applicable. However, if the customer agrees to avail this service then this diagnosis charge is not applicable.
Does service charge include accessories cost?
No. Service charge does not include additional accessories cost.
When transportation cost is applicable?
If the service provider have to purchase materials from outside during task completion only then transportation cost is applicable.
Do you give Materials/Parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture electrical appliances by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don't take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 100.
