When transportation cost is applicable?
If the service provider have to purchase materials from outside during task completion only then transportation cost is applicable.
Do you give Materials/Parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture electrical appliances by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
What if they damage or something went wrong to my electrical appliance during/after servicing?
Our professional Service Providers have expert and skilled electricians. If anything goes wrong after availing this service through Sheba.xyz. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sheba.xyz, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made. However, your complaint for any pre-damaged problems will not be considered.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don't take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 200.
