Will the washing machine servicing be done at home or outside ? If outside then do I have to to provide additional travel allowance to the technician ?
After initial diagnosis by the technician, the technician will decide whether the servicing can be done at home or not based on the work scope. In case where the technician needs to do the servicing outside home, travel allowance needs to be provided by the customers.
Whom and How do I pay my service charge ?
Customer can either pay the service charge/bill to the technician for which the customer will receive a billing document from the service provider, or the Customer can also pay through available SHEBA payment portals like bKash for which the customer will receive a Memo on behalf of SHEBA.
Do you give Material/Part warranty?
No. We do not manufacture washing machine parts by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
Can I buy washing machine materials/parts by myself and ask your technician to use them?
Certainly. You can buy necessary and required materials/parts by yourself. But any operational dysfunctionality won’t be held responsible by our Service Providers and Sheba.xyz itself.
Will the washing machine service given at home or taken by Service Providers?
Usually the service is provided at home but if you want, the service can be done outside your home. But for that you needs to pay travel allowance to the appliance technician.
When diagnosis charge applicable?
If you are not interested to take the service after diagnosis, then only diagnosis charge is applicable. However, if the customer agrees to avail this service then this diagnosis charge is not applicable.
