If anything goes wrong after availing a particular through Sheba. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sheba, service partner and the customer).After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made.
Is the service charge include the accessories cost ?
No. The service charge is not inclusive of accessories cost.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don't take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 100.
