Service Features: Qualified technician Initial diagnosis and problem identification Complete repair and maintenance work Price Includes: Only Service Charge Price Excludes: Components & Parts (if used) Transportation (if applicable) Terms & Pricing Diagnosis Charge: Diagnosis Charge of maximum BDT 200 is applicable if the customer decides not to take the service after the service provider has done a diagnosis of the problem. Warranty: Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer 7 Days Service Warranty is given by Sheba.xyz. Liability: Sheba.xyz will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same. Payment: After service completion you have to pay through Sheba.xyz or Cash on Delivery. After payment please make sure, you have received text containing money receipt.

Is the price fixed?
The mentioned price is the starting price. However, the price may differ depending on work scope and complexity.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don’t take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 100.
Do I have to pay advance money before availing your service?
Of course not! After service completion you will receive a text on your mobile from Sheba.xyz then you have to pay through Sheba.xyz app or Cash on Delivery.
Do you give Materials/Parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture treadmill parts by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
Can I buy treadmill materials/parts by myself and ask technician to use them?
Certainly. You can buy necessary and required materials/parts by yourself. But any operational dysfunctionality won’t be held responsible by our Service Providers and Sheba.xyz itself.
