Service Details: Our Termite Control service at home is aimed at eradicating termite infestations and implementing protective measures to safeguard your property from future termite damage. Included in the Service: Supervisor On-Site: will Send a supervisor & experienced technician to the customer's location to oversee the treatment process, answer any questions, and ensure the highest level of service quality. Pest Gel Application: Provide and apply a specialized termite control gel in key areas where termites are known to infest. The gel is highly effective and provides long-lasting control. Initial Inspection: Begin with a comprehensive inspection of the property to assess termite activity, identify termite species, and locate termite entry points. Treatment Plan: Develop a customized treatment plan based on the inspection findings and the type of termite infestation. Termite Treatment: Apply termite control products, such as liquid termiticides or termite baits, in targeted areas to eliminate the termite colony. Wood Treatment: Treat wooden structures and areas susceptible to termite infestation with appropriate products to deter termites. Education: Provide homeowners with information on termite prevention, including reducing moisture, removing wood-to-soil contact, and routine inspections. Customer Satisfaction Check: Request customer feedback and address any concerns or additional requests they may have. Excluded in the Service: Major structural repairs or replacement of damaged wood due to termite infestation is excluded. While cleanliness can help prevent termites, a full deep cleaning service, including cleaning basements or crawl spaces, is not typically included in the termite control service. Chemical Used: Chlorpyrifos, Aluminum phosphide, Tasla Powder. What Customer needs to provide (if required): Electricity / Power Supply Clean Water Terms & Conditions: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before requesting our Services. You should understand that by ordering any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Agreement to these terms and conditions must be made by you prior to requesting any Services from us. Service Duration: The service duration may vary, and customers will be informed of the estimated time during the initial inspection. Preparation Before Service: Customers must prepare their property by removing food items, dishes, and cleaning kitchen surfaces before the service. If a customer wishes to cancel their order after our partner has arrived at their location with all the necessary equipment, a cancellation fee of 1000 Taka will be applicable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees, and customers should provide advance notice. Ventilation during treatment: During treatment, windows and doors should remain closed to prevent pests from escaping or re-entering; sealing gaps is advisable. However, our specialists will advise further upon inspection on this particular matter if required. Force Majeure: Sheba XYZ shall be relieved of all obligations whatsoever in the event of force majeure or act of God or other events that are unforeseeable and/or beyond its control preventing prompt or part or total fulfillment of such obligations. Pet Safety: Pet owners should secure or remove pets from treated areas and follow technician instructions for their safety. Occupant Safety: Pregnant individuals, aged persons, infants, and those with respiratory conditions should avoid treated areas until declared safe by the technician. Liability: Sheba XYZ does not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods or equipment unless the loss, damage or injury was occasioned by negligence of us or our staff. Notice of such loss, damage or injury must be notified in writing to Sheba XYZ within 3 (three) days of occurrence. Ventilation After Treatment: After treatment, customers should allow treated areas to ventilate before returning to normal activities. Follow-Up Inspections: Some services may require follow-up inspections or treatments per the technician's recommendation. Warranty and Guarantees: Warranty terms and coverage, if applicable, will be provided in writing. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service completion, with accepted payment methods as specified in the invoice. Customer Cooperation: Customers are expected to cooperate with technicians and follow instructions for successful pest control. Complaints and Concerns: Customers can address concerns or complaints with our customer support team for resolution. Warranty Policy: 90 Days Service Warranty after the Service Please note that the warranty period will be activated 15 days after the completion of the service. This delay is essential as the chemical we use requires this timeframe to take full effect.
