Plumbing Check Up service includes only diagnosis of any sort of plumbing and sanitary related issue at your home or office by a Plumber who will go to customers premises to perform initial tests. Service Features: This service includes only problem identification What to expect? Verified and experienced technician Punctual service delivery Price Includes: Only service charge Price Excludes: Components and Parts (if used) Transportation (if applicable) Terms & Pricing Warranty: Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer 7 Days Service Warranty is given by Sheba.xyz Payment: After service completion you have to pay through Sheba.xyz app or Cash on Delivery. After payment please make sure you have received text containing money receipt. Night Shift Service Night Shift Service period starts from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. Minimum 4 hours lead time after service booking. In excess of BDT 500 will be charged as Emergency Support Service Charge for availing this service at night shift service period. If for any reason the customer refuses to take service after order confirmation, only the Emergency Support Service Charge will be applicable.

If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 200.

Do you give Materials/Parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture plumbing/sanitary parts by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we can give you 7 days free service warranty.
