Yes, You can reschedule after placing your booking 24 hours prior to your service delivery and rescheduling depending upon beauticians availability. But if you cancel the service after the beautician is reached at your doorstep then you just have to pay BDT 200 as a visiting charge.

If anything goes wrong after availing beauty service. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sheba.xyz, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation, detection and rectification of the issue will be made.
