Service Charge : Upon inspection and may vary depending on the overall work scope. Warranty: SHEBA.XYZ provides a 7 days warranty on the service provided. Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only Liability: SHEBA.XYZ is not responsible for any loss or damage to any valuable or breakable item when the service provider is in your premises. Advise you to keep such items in a safe and secure place and supervise the service provider during service SHEBA.XYZ will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same Payment : After service completion - you can pay through online or COD. After payment please make sure, you have received the SMS containing the money receipt.Others: If any repair work is required, a quote will be given before proceeding We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service provider regarding a service booked through SHEBA.XYZ. All warranty and service assurance in such cases stand null and void Service Providers do not carry ladders. If required, a ladder has to be provided by the customer. We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after left your premises

Is the price fixed?
The mentioned price is the starting price. However, the price may differ depending on work scope and complexity.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don’t take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 200.
Do I have to pay advance money before availing your service?
Of course not! After service completion you will receive a text on your mobile from Sheba.xyz then you have to pay through Sheba.xyz app or Cash on Delivery.
Do you give Materials/Parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture treadmill parts by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
Will my Microwave Oven be taken from home for servicing?
Whether a Microwave Oven will be taken to the service partner’s premises or not depends on the nature and complexity of the problem and the extent of time required to fix such technical problems. Which could be figured out after initial diagnosis.
