Yes. Service provider will pick you up anywhere from Dhaka except unmanageable routes (e.g: If your pick up location is in a narrow street where the car can’t enter, in that case the driver will try to come as close as possible to your pick up location)

Yes. Depending on the pickup locations, service providers will sometimes allow multiple pickup locations. You can negotiate personally with your service provider.

No. You will need to allow at least 2 hours for your service provider to reach. If you need the car sharp at 12 pm, you have to book it at 10 pm.

Yes. But it varies under different circumstances. Inside city: four hours will be counted as half-day, and 10 hours as a full day. If you rent a car for 1 day which is 10 hours and suddenly you use the car for some extra hours, a service charge will be applied accordingly for extra hours.

Cost of Driver, Car body and Fuel costs are included in the bill.

Toll fee, parking charge, extra mileage and extra hours, outside city night stay driver allowance are excluded from the bill.
