Will the service given at home or taken by service providers?
Usually service is provided at home, if required the appliance technician might have to take the electric geyser circuit board to his workshop for repairing.
When is the transportation cost applicable?
If the service provider have to purchase material from outside during the task, then transportation cost will be applicable.
What if I hire an appliance technician from Sheba.xyz and something goes wrong?
If anything goes wrong after availing a particular through Sheba.xyz. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sheba.xyz, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don't take any service?
If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 200.
