Can I avail emergency support if required ?
Emergency Support Service available starts from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM. Additional BDT 1,000 will be charged (not applicable for Monthly Contract). Emergency Support will be available within 6 hours from the call.

Is the price subjected to fluctuation depending on work scope?
The price mentioned are estimated price for the general condition. The price may change after the inspection depends on the complexity, spare parts availability and other reasons.

When transportation cost is applicable?
If the service provider have to purchase materials from outside during task completion only then transportation cost is applicable.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don’t take any service?
If you don’t avail any generator service after provided technician reach at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 100.
