However, if the customer agrees to avail this service on scheduled time then the home service charge is not applicable Warranty: * Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer * 7 Days Service Warranty is given by Sheba.xyz Liability: Sheba.xyz will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same Payment: You can pay through online or COD. After payment please make sure, you have received the SMS containing the money receipt

When is inspection charge applicable?
If any customer is not interested to take the service after inspection, then only inspection charge is applicable. However, if the customer agrees to avail this service then this inspection charge is not applicable
Is there any minimum payable amount?
Yes. If the customer wants the service in the future schedule after diagnosis. Diagnosis charge will depend on car type.
Do I have to pay transportation cost to the service provider?
No. The service charge includes the transport allowance for the appliance technician. However if any customer is not interested to take the service after service provider visited the location, then connivence charge is applicable.
Is there any warranty if I take this service?
Yes. You will get 7 days service warranty after availing this service.
