What to Expect? On Demand Driver within 1 Hour at your location Service duration is 8 Hours. (Full day) Booking needs to be confirmed a minimum of 1 hour before taking service. Minimum 3+ years of experienced professional drivers The customer can change the schedule date based on driver availability. Overtime Service Charge: BDT 100 per Extra Hour. Night Hour Service : Night Hour starts from 10 PM to 6.00 AM. Night Hour charge: BDT 100 per Hour. Which Will be added to the Service Price. If Service Starts from 10.00 PM then an additional Fee of BDT 500 will be Charged.

How much do I have to pay for booking?
You don’t need to pre-book drivers with money. All the payments will take place after the service completion through Sheba.xyz app or Cash on Delivery.
Can I reschedule my time?
Yes! You can reschedule your on-demand driver’s time depending on Driver availability.
Will the drivers provide overtime service?
Of Course. For that, you have to pay the overtime charges of BDT 100 per hour.
Can I book a driver 1 hour before the ride?
This is totally up to the drivers and their availability. If they think they can make it in the given time then sure.
What if my driver is not as professional as you claim?
Our drivers are all professional and experienced in their field. But If you find out anything untrue then you can always complain to us about your experience. We will take the necessary steps after proper inspection.
Can I take the service After 10 PM. ?
Yes, For that Extra Fixed BDT 500 taka will be charged with the Service Price.
