Service Charge The mentioned pricing is estimated service charges which might vary slightly depending on: Vehicle Type, Model, and Service Availability Pricing • Only Service Charge • Visiting Charges: 300 BDT, if no service is availed • Excludes all components & parts (if used) • Excludes any Transportation cost (if used) Liability Sheba.xyz will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same Payment After service completion, the customer will pay through online or COD. Does the price include the cost of the materials ?
The Price mentioned are service charges and doesn't include the cost of any material or component cost.
When is visiting charge applicable?
If any customer is not interested to take the service after the visit, then the only visiting charge is an applicable of 300 BDT. However, if the customer agrees to avail this service then this inspection charge is not applicable.
Is there any minimum payable amount?
Yes, The home service charge of BDT 300 is applicable if the customer decides not to take the service after the service provider visited the location. However, if the customer agrees to avail this service on scheduled time then the home service charge is not applicable
Do I have to pay transportation cost to the service provider?
No. The service charge includes the transport allowance for the appliance technician. However if any customer is not interested to take the service after service provider visited the location, then connivence charge is applicable.
