When is diagnosis charge applicable?
If any customer is not interested to take the service after inspection, then only diagnosis charge is applicable. However, if the customer agrees to avail this service then this diagnosis charge is not applicable
Is there any minimum payable amount?
Yes. If the customer wants the service in the future schedule after diagnosis. Diagnosis charge will depend on the car type.
Do I have to pay transportation cost to the service provider?
No. The service charge includes the transport allowance for the car mechanics. However, if any customer is not interested in taking the service after the service provider visited the location, then convenience charge is applicable.
Is there any warranty if I take this service?
Yes. You will get a 7 days service warranty after availing this service.
