Yes. Service provider will pick you up anywhere from Dhaka except unmanageable routes (e.g: If your pick up location is in a narrow street where the car can’t enter, in that case the driver will try to come as close as possible to your pick up location)

No. You will need to allow at least 2 hours for your service provider to reach. If you need the car sharp at 12 pm, you might want to book it at 10 pm.

Toll fee, parking charge, fuel cost and extra hours, outside city night stay driver allowance are excluded from the bill.

Yes. Your assigned service provider can be changed due to the unavailability of your current service providers. In that case, the price may fluctuate depending on your service provider. On Pick day or on the occasion of festivals, price may vary due to high demands.

It varies from provider to provider, but for long trip, we prefer a little amount of deposit upto 20% to confirm the order and lock the car.
