Service Details: Our Bed Bug Control service at home is dedicated to exterminating bed bug infestations, ensuring a peaceful and pest-free sleep environment in your residence. Included in the Service: Initial Inspection: Begin with a thorough inspection of the affected areas to identify the extent of the bed bug infestation, including bedrooms, living areas, and furniture. Identification: Confirm the presence of bed bugs, identify their hiding spots, and assess the severity of the infestation. Treatment Plan: Develop a customized treatment plan based on the inspection findings and the level of infestation. This plan may include chemical or non-chemical treatment methods. Bed Bug Treatment: Appropriate bed bug control products, such as insecticides or heat treatment, to targeted areas to eliminate the bed bug infestation. Mattress and Furniture Inspection: Inspect and treat mattresses, furniture, and other hiding spots where bed bugs are likely to be present. Crack and Crevice Treatment: Focus on treating cracks, crevices, and seams in furniture, walls, and baseboards where bed bugs tend to hide. Education: Educate homeowners on bed bug prevention, including proper laundering of linens, regular vacuuming, and avoiding the introduction of infested items. Excluded in the Service: Major structural repairs or replacement of infested furniture or mattresses should be excluded. Recommend customers contact a specialist for such needs. While cleanliness can help reduce bed bug hiding spots, a full deep cleaning service, including cleaning mattresses or carpets, is not typically included in the bed bug control service. Terms & Conditions: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before requesting our Services. You should understand that by ordering any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Agreement to these terms and conditions must be made by you prior to requesting any Services from us. Service Duration: The service duration may vary, and customers will be informed of the estimated time during the initial inspection. Preparation Before Service: Customers must prepare their property by removing food items, dishes, and cleaning kitchen surfaces before the service. If a customer wishes to cancel their order after our partner has arrived at their location with all the necessary equipment, a cancellation fee of 1000 Taka will be applicable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees, and customers should provide advance notice. Ventilation during treatment: During treatment, windows and doors should remain closed to prevent pests from escaping or re-entering; sealing gaps is advisable. However, our specialists will advise further upon inspection on this particular matter if required. Force Majeure: Sheba XYZ shall be relieved of all obligations whatsoever in the event of force majeure or act of God or other events that are unforeseeable and/or beyond its control preventing prompt or part or total fulfillment of such obligations. Pet Safety: Pet owners should secure or remove pets from treated areas and follow technician instructions for their safety. Occupant Safety: Pregnant individuals, aged persons, infants, and those with respiratory conditions should avoid treated areas until declared safe by the technician. Liability: Sheba XYZ does not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods or equipment unless the loss, damage or injury was occasioned by negligence of us or our staff. Notice of such loss, damage or injury must be notified in writing to Sheba XYZ within 3 (three) days of occurrence. Ventilation After Treatment: After treatment, customers should allow treated areas to ventilate before returning to normal activities. Follow-Up Inspections: Some services may require follow-up inspections or treatments per the technician's recommendation. Warranty and Guarantees: Warranty terms and coverage, if applicable, will be provided in writing. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service completion, with accepted payment methods as specified in the invoice. Customer Cooperation: Customers are expected to cooperate with technicians and follow instructions for successful pest control. Complaints and Concerns: Customers can address concerns or complaints with our customer support team for resolution. Warranty Policy: 90 Days Service Warranty after the Service. Please note that the warranty period will be activated 15 days after the completion of the service. This delay is essential as the chemical we use requires this timeframe to take full effect.
