Additional Work Scope: Nitrogen test needs to be done to identify location of leakage (Charges for which will be extra) Gas Refill (Charges for which will be extra) For the AC outdoor unit, hanging charge is applicable for height and difficulties. Terms & Pricing Diagnosis Charge: Diagnosis Charge of maximum BDT 200 is applicable if the customer decides not to take the service after the service provider has done a diagnosis of the problem. Service Charge: Upon inspection and may vary depending on the overall work scope. Warranty: Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer 7 Days Service Warranty is given by Sheba.xyz Liability: Sheba.xyz will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same. Payment: After service completion - you can pay through online or COD. After payment please make sure, you have received the SMS containing the money receipt.

Are your charges inclusive of taxes/Are there any hidden charges?
The charges mentioned are exclusive of taxes for the mentioned scope of work. In the case where the scope of work is beyond general service, corresponding charges would be communicated before proceeding with the work.
What is the guarantee that you provide for your service and the materials used in repairs?
The warranty on materials would be communicated separately on the material bill. Please insist for a material bill from the service provider in case he/she has helped you out in procuring the material. There is NO warranty on AC service, for all other services, there is a 7 days service warranty.
Do I need to pay at the time of booking or can I pay after the service is completed?
You may choose to pay at the time of booking online or in cash after the service is delivered. We always suggest to pay online - It might give you exclusive discounts too!
What if my AC is under warranty?
Please check if taking a service from external service providers would void your manufacturer warranty. If such is the case, please go ahead with an OEM service provider only.
