Payment: After service completion - you can pay through online or COD. After payment please make sure, you have received the SMS containing the money receipt.

What is the guarantee that you provide for your service and the materials used in repairs?
The warranty on materials would be communicated separately on the material bill. Please insist for a material bill from the service provider in case he/she has helped you out in procuring the material. There is a 7 days service warranty for all of our AC services.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don’t take any service?
If you don’t avail any service for your oven after provided technician reach at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 200.
